Purified Water... Pure Is Good... Right ?
First lets be clear by defining what purified water is. Purified water is free of minerals, toxic chemicals, chlorine, flouride. Most if not all that is left is pure water, H2O. Purified water can be obtained by 2 methods, reverse osmosis or by distilling. Distilled water would be considered by many to be the best source of water for human health.
